We have been undergoing a significant strategic planning process addressing ways of working together with and serving our partners in a renewed and focused relationship.
We will be presenting and discussing the preliminary results of the process with you on November 2, but will be holding a full presentation of the new plan at a Conference for partners in the Spring of 2010. This is scheduled for April - May and is planned to be held in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
